These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including Corporate Photography, Event Coverage, Product Photography, Fashion Lookbook Shoots, Architectural Photography, Portraiture, Image Retouching, Videography for Marketing, Drone Photography, and Creative Direction for Visual Campaigns. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Services
Lens & Lattice Atelier provides professional photography and visual arts services as detailed on our online platform. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate service agreement or project proposal, which upon acceptance, will form an integral part of the agreement between you and Lens & Lattice Atelier.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Lens & Lattice Atelier and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our site and for all works created as part of the services. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our online platform for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
- Republish material from our online platform;
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from our online platform;
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from our online platform;
- Redistribute content from Lens & Lattice Atelier (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
For commissioned works, specific licensing and usage rights will be detailed in the project agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and cooperation required for Lens & Lattice Atelier to successfully deliver the services. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring required subjects, products, or locations are available and prepared according to agreed schedules. Delays or additional costs incurred due to client non-compliance may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or quotation. Typically, a deposit may be required to secure booking, with the balance due upon completion or delivery of services. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be outlined in the specific service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within a specified period of the scheduled service date, reflecting booking commitments and lost opportunities. Refunds for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis as per the agreed terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lens & Lattice Atelier excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our services and the use of this website. Our liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of our services or website shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services. We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
